降低屏障，其實就是將你原本隔絕的所有東西都檔在你的防護網外，所以當你打開屏障時，也是瞬間將所有東西都接收進來。所以他提供了這個工具，提問自己，這些都是你所需要的嗎?

Here are two X-men, have you aware of it ?
Because YOU are also X-man too.
The reason you can't communicate with this kid is because your abilities are not yet opened.
X-man's communication is the "Language of energy". 

To understand their energic point of view, so you communicate with them. 

Don't ever ask X-man to fit into the group.
They will always be different, and they always CAN NOT fit into the pack.
Just ask, "what are you aware of, what are you receiving...."

這邊有兩個X-men，你發現了嗎?
因為你自己就是X-man。
你無法跟小孩溝通的原因是因為你自己X-man的能力尚未開啟。

X-man的溝通語言是能量，所有關於能量的觀點，才能與X-man對話。
千萬不要要求X-man去融入團體，因為他們永遠跟人類不同，他們永遠無法融入。
你可以不斷的提問：你覺察了什麼？你發現了什麼？你接收了什麼？
